Valentine Love Quiz Card: Ask How Well They Know You
A Valentine's message gets read once. A quiz about you gets played, argued over, and screenshotted. How Well Do You Know Me? turns five questions into a card: they answer on their phone, every answer unlocks a polaroid memory, a heart meter scores them, the last question has only yes answers, and your letter opens under a wax seal.
The short answer
To send a Valentine love quiz card, open the How Well Do You Know Me? template on MomentoCard, write five questions about yourself with three options each and tick the right one, add a square photo and a caption per question, write your letter, and share the private link on WhatsApp or Instagram. They play it in any phone browser with nothing to install: a polaroid memory after every answer, a heart meter verdict, Will you be my Valentine? with only yes answers, and your letter at the end. Free to build and preview; about five minutes.
Five questions, written by you
Where did we first meet, what's my comfort food, what's our song. Three options each; you pick the right one from a dropdown. Leave one blank to skip it.
A memory after every answer
Right or wrong, a polaroid with your caption slides in. Nobody gets blocked: a miss gets a gentle line and the same reveal.
The score means something
A heart meter fills and gives a verdict: certified soulmate, dangerously close, pretty good honestly, or we need more dates, starting this week.
The last question has only yes answers
Will you be my Valentine? Yes, obviously yes, yes a thousand times. Hearts burst, the seal breaks, and your letter opens.

Make the Love Quiz card in five steps
- 1
Open the template
It starts with five example questions, options and captions, so you can play it before you change a word.
- 2
Write your questions
Replace each question and its three options; pick the right one from the dropdown. Copy ideas from the 66 questions page if you are stuck.
- 3
Add a photo and a caption per question
Square photos work best. The caption is where you get to be soft.
- 4
Write the letter
It opens under a wax seal after the last question, signed with your name, and a closing line for the finale.
- 5
Preview and send the link
Play it through once, then share the link on WhatsApp or Instagram, or export the video.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Valentine love quiz card free?
Building, previewing and sharing the link are free. Premium removes the watermark and unlocks the video download; the price is shown in the editor in your currency.
What if they get an answer wrong?
They get a gentle line (Nope. Still love you.), the right answer is highlighted, and the same polaroid memory appears. The score only changes the verdict on the heart meter; nobody is stuck.
Can I use fewer than five questions?
Yes. Leave a question blank in the editor and the card skips it. Three is the minimum that feels like a quiz; five is the sweet spot.
Does it work without photos?
Yes. A question without a photo shows a doodle-heart polaroid with your caption. It is better with photos: five squares, one per question.
Does it work for long distance?
That is what the link is for. It opens in any phone browser in any country; many couples open it together on a video call and watch each other answer.
