   A boom dhow on the Gulf at first light. A rope comes loose from its post and becomes the thread of the film.

   The coiled rope, the diver's basket and an oyster with its pearl in a small wooden tray. The rope turns to cord.

   Sadu, then the souq

   السدو والسوق

   The thread weaves Sadu bands, and their lines become the arches of Souq Al-Mubarakiya. The camera walks in.

   Gulf Road

   شارع الخليج

   Classic cars dressed with small flags, families on the corniche, the city lit green, white and red.

   The skyline

   Kuwait Towers at evening, with Liberation Tower and Al Hamra behind. A proud past, a future built together.

   The thread weaves frames for up to four of your photos, with a line for the person you are sending it to.

   A woven border, the flag on its pole, the wish in Arabic and English, and your name or logo, signed last.

  A boom dhow, Sadu bands, Souq Al-Mubarakiya, Kuwait Towers with its spheres, Liberation Tower and Al Hamra, and a correctly made flag.

• Your photos, woven in

  Up to four photos open in Sadu-framed windows, one by one. Leave them out and the story continues without empty frames.

• Arabic and English

  The headline and message read in both. Captions in Arabic, English or both, with the Arabic set right to left in Kufi and Plex Arabic.

• For a company

  Add your logo and company name; they are signed last, at the very end. One link for every employee, client and partner.

• Plays itself

  Opened from WhatsApp it plays by itself in 55 seconds. Three optional taps let the viewer follow the thread, unfold the weave or open a photo.

• Phone or wide screen

  Composed separately for a phone (9:16) and a laptop or TV (16:9), so nothing is cropped or letterboxed.

• Both days in one

  25 February, National Day, and 26 February, Liberation Day: the greeting covers both, with the 66th and the 36th written in both languages.

When is Kuwait National Day 2027?

Thursday, 25 February 2027, followed by Liberation Day on Friday, 26 February. Most people celebrate the two together, and greetings are usually sent on the evening of the 24th or the morning of the 25th; companies often send theirs on the last working day before the holiday.

What do 25 and 26 February mark?

25 February is Kuwait's National Day, celebrating the nation and its independence in 1961; 2027 is the 66th. 26 February is Liberation Day, marking the liberation of Kuwait in 1991; 2027 is the 36th. They are two different commemorations, celebrated side by side through February.

Can I write the card in Arabic?

Yes. The headline and the message each have an Arabic and an English field, and the captions can be shown in Arabic, English or both. Every field accepts Arabic, including your name and the recipient's.

Is it suitable for a company?

Yes. Add your logo and company name, write to employees or clients, and send one link to everyone on WhatsApp, email or Teams. The logo and name are signed at the very end of the film.

What happens when someone opens the link?

The card plays by itself as a 55-second film: the dhow, the pearling days, the Sadu weave and the souq, Gulf Road, Kuwait Towers, your photos and the greeting. Three optional taps let the viewer move the story along; nothing ever waits for them.

Do I need photos?

No. With photos, the thread weaves a frame for each one, up to four. Without them, it weaves a medallion around Kuwait Towers instead, so there are never empty frames.

Does it have music?

It opens on a soft cinematic track at low volume. In the editor you can change it to any library track or turn it off, and add a voice note.
