Five pearls, one Bahrain

A National Day card that dives for its pearls and strings them into a necklace

A dhow at dawn on the Gulf, its sail the red and white flag. Dive, and under the water there are five oysters on the sand. Tap each: it opens on a pearl and one of your photos in a pearl locket, and a thread joins them as they open. The necklace rises to the surface and the five pearls form the 55 over the dhow while Manama lights up across the bay, with fireworks in red and white. Then a great oyster opens on the greeting: your logo or name, the wish in Arabic and English, your message and sign-off. Five minutes to make, one link to send on WhatsApp.

5 m · Five pearls

خمس لآلئ، بحرين واحدة

Five pearls for the five points of the flag

Bahrain was the pearling capital of the Gulf for two thousand years; its Pearling Path in Muharraq is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The flag carries five white points for the five pillars of Islam. The card ties the two together: five oysters on the sand, five pearls with your photos inside, one necklace, one number.

ما تحمله البطاقة

Everything the card carries

  • The pearl dive

Bahrain's oldest story, told by the receiver's own hand: dive from a dhow whose sail is the flag, find the five oysters on the sand, and open each one.

  • Your photos, inside the oysters

Each oyster opens on a pearl and one of your photos in a pearl locket, with its name under it. A thread joins the pearls as they open. Oysters without a photo hold a landmark of the kingdom.

  • The necklace becomes the number

The five pearls rise to the surface and take their places in the 55 that forms in pearl over the dhow, while Manama lights up across the bay. Tap for fireworks in red and white.

  • A shell opens on the greeting

A great oyster closes the card: its lid lifts, a pearl at the hinge, and the greeting rests in the nacre.

  • Arabic and English, together

The headline reads in both; choose which leads. Prompts in Arabic or English. Add an Arabic message under the English one.

  • Plays itself, or by tap

Sent on WhatsApp it plays by itself. The receiver can also dive, open the oysters and set off the fireworks; the recorder plays it through for a video.

  • One link, anywhere

Share a private link on WhatsApp, email or Teams. It opens in any browser on any phone, nothing to install. Or export a 9:16 video for a story.

  • Any National Day

Set the number once: 55 for 2026, 56 next year. The template is ready for every 16 December.

  • 01When is Bahrain National Day 2026?+

Wednesday, 16 December 2026, with the public holiday running 16 and 17 December. The 16th marks the founding of the modern state and independence in 1971; the 17th marks the accession of His Majesty King Hamad. Greetings go out on the evening of the 15th and through the 16th; companies usually send theirs on the last working day before.

  • 02Why pearls?+

Bahrain was the pearling capital of the Gulf for two thousand years, and its Pearling Path in Muharraq is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The card tells that story: a dhow, a dive, five oysters, five pearls. Five, for the five white points of the flag.

  • 03Can I write the card in Arabic?+

Yes. The headline is shown in both Arabic and English and you choose which leads. Every field accepts Arabic: the sender, the message, the sign-off and the photo captions. The on-screen prompts can be set to Arabic too.

  • 04Is it suitable for a company?+

Yes. Add your logo, write to employees or clients, sign off with the company name, and send one link to everyone on WhatsApp, email or Teams. The page above has wording for employees, clients and partners.

  • 05What happens when someone opens the link?+

The card plays by itself: the dive, the five oysters opening on the pearls and your photos, the necklace rising and forming the 55 over the dhow, the fireworks, and the shell opening on the greeting. If they tap, they play it themselves.

  • 06Which landmarks appear?+

The Bahrain World Trade Center, Al Fateh Grand Mosque, Qal'at al-Bahrain, the Tree of Life, Arad Fort and Bab Al Bahrain stand on the horizon across the bay. Oysters without a photo open on one of them, drawn in pearl line.

  • 07Does it have music?+

It opens on a soft cinematic track at low volume. In the editor you can change it to any library track or turn it off, and add a voice note.

  • 08Is it free?+

Building, previewing and sharing the link are free. Premium removes the watermark and unlocks the video download; the price is shown in the editor in your currency.
