Corporate Birthday Card · Free · Six acts · Your logo
Your logo. Your colour. Their name. Nothing that would embarrass anyone.
Six restrained acts in your brand colour: the card opens on your logo, lifts to off-white paper under a letterhead band, sets the employee's name alone in engraved serif, adds their role and years with you, offers three short wishes, and settles into a signed note from a real person with a real designation. No cake emoji, no confetti, no hearts. Two minutes to make, free, shared as a link, and sendable automatically on every birthday.
No sign-up · Brand-neutral by design · About 22 seconds, a tap skips to the letter · Plays on any phone

Quick answer
To make a corporate birthday card with your logo, open the Corporate Birthday card, upload the company logo, enter the brand colour, type the employee’s name and a message of up to 300 characters, sign it with the sender’s name and designation, and share the link. The card plays six restrained acts in about 22 seconds: your logo on a field of your colour, the letterhead, their name in engraved serif, their role and years with you, three short wishes, and the signed letter. It is free, needs no account, and opens on any phone. HR teams can send it automatically on every birthday through MomentoCard for Business.
Six acts, about 22 seconds
A card is watched, not read. This one tells a short story and then becomes the note. Tap anywhere to skip to the letter.
The card opens on a field of your brand colour with your logo and one line: “Every year has one day that is yours alone.” A white wordmark sits straight on the colour; a dark mark gets a paper plate.
The field lifts away to off-white paper. A letterhead band slides in along the top in your colour, a hairline frame settles, and a second line: “Today is that day, and all of us know it.”
“HAPPY BIRTHDAY” in small caps, then their name alone on the page in engraved serif. Twelve hairlines flick out around a rule beneath it and fade. That is the whole celebration, and it is enough.
Under the name, in italic: their designation and team, and “5 YEARS WITH US” in your colour. All three come from your employee records; if none are known, the scene is left out.
“Our wish for you”, then three short lines one by one, each with a small diamond in your colour: Good health. Good work. Good company. Edit them, or leave the scene out.
Everything settles into the note itself: logo on its plate, name, your message up to 300 characters, and a proper signature: sender, designation, company. A watch-again control, nothing else.
Off-white paper, one brand colour, an engraved serif and a hairline frame. No cake, no confetti, no hearts. It would not look out of place at a bank, a hospital or a games studio, which is the test a corporate card has to pass.
The card samples the logo once. A white wordmark gets a plate in your brand colour; a dark mark sits on paper; a logo that brings its own background stays on paper. Pale brand colours are deepened until the type reads.
On a business send the employee's name, designation, department and years with the company are merged from your records. If a field is not known, that line, or that whole scene, is left out rather than left blank.
What goes where
Six things. Two minutes if the logo is already on your desktop. On a business send, four of them are filled in for you.
Transparent PNG or SVG works best. Light logos get a plate in your brand colour; dark ones sit on paper. No logo? Your company's initials are set there instead.
One hex value. The band, the greeting, the company name and the diamonds follow it. Pale colours are deepened automatically so the words always read.
The headline of the card. Leave it blank for a general send and the card leads with the greeting instead.
Up to 300 characters. Warm, specific, and about them rather than the company. Copyable lines below.
“Rohit Menon”, “Head of People”. The signature block reads sender, designation, company; leave the sender blank and the company signs.
Filled from employee records on business sends: designation, department and years with you. Three wishes you can rewrite.
Who sends it
Anyone who has to send a birthday card from an organisation rather than from a friend.
One card that is safe for every department, every level and every industry. Set it up once and it goes out on every birthday with the logo and the name filled in.
A card from you, signed with your name and designation, that looks like it came from the company rather than a greeting-card app.
Restrained enough to send upward or outward. No confetti, no cake, no hearts; a letterhead, a name and a considered sentence.
It opens as a link on any phone, at 9 am in their timezone, in a font size that reads on a bus. No app, no printing, no courier.
Banks, hospitals, law firms, government: the design is neutral by construction, and every word on it is yours to change.
Put the team's line in the message and the manager's name in the signature. It reads as a note from the people they work with, which is the point.
For HR and People teams
Import employees once with their birthdays, build one Birthday campaign with this template, and MomentoCard for Business sends it every year with your logo and brand colour, {{firstName}}, {{designation}}, {{department}} and {{years}} filled in, and the campaign’s sender name in the signature. Email and WhatsApp, timezone-correct, February 29 handled.
What to write
Each one fits the card's 300-character message. Warm, specific, about them, and safe to send from the company.

Happy birthday, Priya. Working with you is one of the good parts of this job. Take the afternoon; the work will keep.

When to send it
A birthday card has exactly one correct day. The hour matters more than people think.
| When | What to do |
|---|---|
| ◆ 9 am, their timezone | The card lands in the first hour of the working day, before the meetings. On MomentoCard for Business the send hour is set once and honoured per person. |
| ◆ The day itself, not the day after | A card a day late reads as a reminder that fired late. If someone is on leave, send it anyway; it waits in their inbox. |
| The team channel, 10 am | Drop the link where the team lives so the replies land in one place. The card is the note; the thread is the party. |
| Weekend birthdays | Send on the day. A Saturday card at 9 am is a nicer surprise than a Monday catch-up, and nobody has to remember. |

Why it works
Off-white paper, one brand colour, an engraved serif and a hairline frame. It reads correctly at a bank, a hospital, a law firm and a games studio, because there is nothing on it that belongs to only one of them.
The card samples the logo once and decides: a white wordmark gets a plate in your brand colour, a dark mark sits on paper, a logo with its own background stays on paper. Pale brand colours are deepened until the words read.
On a business send the employee's name, designation, department and years with the company are merged from your records. A line that is not known is left out; a scene with nothing to say is skipped.
The letter ends with the sender's name, their designation and the company, in that order. On a business send the campaign's sender name goes into the signature automatically. Leave it blank and the company signs.
Six acts in about 22 seconds. A tap anywhere jumps to the letter; a watch-again control replays it. It reads at phone size on a bus and at full size in a campaign preview.
Make it without an account and share a link. On MomentoCard for Business one Birthday campaign sends it on every birthday at 9 am in each person's timezone, by email and WhatsApp, with February 29 handled.
About two minutes
Start to shared link.
Go to the Corporate Birthday template on MomentoCard. It opens in the browser; no account is needed.
Upload a transparent PNG or SVG logo and enter your brand colour as a hex value. The card chooses the plate and deepens pale colours itself.
The employee's name, a message of up to 300 characters, and the sender's name and designation. Optionally their role, years with you and three wishes.
Tap Share and send the link by email, WhatsApp or the team channel at 9 am their time. Or set it up once as a Birthday campaign and never send it by hand again.
Questions
A birthday card sent by an organisation rather than by a friend: from HR, a manager or the company to an employee, a leader or a client. It carries the company's logo and colour, is signed by a named person with a designation, and avoids the cake, confetti and hearts of a consumer card. The Corporate Birthday card on MomentoCard is built exactly for that: six restrained animated acts on off-white paper, free, shared as a link.
