Team Thank You Card · Free · Four scenes · Every name
The month. The team. Every person who carried it. Signed.
Four scenes on a poster in your brand colour: the month set huge with a tally of its days, the team's name stacked in heavy type, every member's name running across a ribbon board with the headcount beneath, and a note card pinned at a tilt with your message and a real signature. Not a birthday card with the name swapped: a card addressed to a group, built to name a team of four or forty. Two minutes to make, free, shared as a link, and sendable automatically at the end of every month.
No sign-up · Silent by design · About 22 seconds, a tap skips to the note · Plays on any phone
September
Thirty days. One team.
Pick a brand colour. Tap the card to play it again.
Quick answer
To make a thank-you card for a whole team, open the Team Thank You card, type the team’s name and the month, upload the company logo and enter the brand colour, paste the members’ names one per line, write a message of up to 400 characters, sign it with the sender’s name and designation, and share the link. The card plays four scenes in about 22 seconds: the month with a tally of its days, the team’s name in heavy type, every name on a ribbon board with the headcount, and a signed note card. It is free, needs no account, and opens on any phone. HR teams can send it to every team automatically each month through MomentoCard for Business.
Four scenes, about 22 seconds
A card is watched, not read. This one is a poster that tells the month in four cuts and then becomes the note. Tap anywhere to skip to it.
“09”, outlined. “September”, huge. A tally mark for every day of the month filling in one by one, thirty for September and twenty-eight for February, then one line: “Thirty days. One team.”
“This one’s for the whole”, then the team’s name stacked word by word in heavy wide type, then “TEAM” outlined. A circular badge spins in the corner: “24 of you · every one counted”.
Every member’s name runs across a stadium-style ribbon board: two or three lanes moving in opposite directions, looping, so a team of forty reads as well as a team of four. Beneath it, the headcount, set large.
An off-white card pinned at a slight tilt on the colour. THANK YOU stacked in your brand colour, the month and the team, your message, “With thanks to Priya, Rohit, Anjali and 21 others”, and a signature: sender, designation, company.
Every other card on the platform is written to one name. This one is written to a team: it names the team, names the month, names the people, and never asks who the card is for, because the answer is all of them.
Paste a list and each name runs across the ribbon board in lanes that loop. Two names get one lane; a department gets three. Up to sixty are listed and the rest counted. On a business send, the list is the recipient's department.
The month name set huge, its number outlined beside it, and a tally mark for each of its days: thirty for September, twenty-eight for February. Type 'Q3 2026' or 'Launch week' instead and the card shows that.
What goes where
Six things. Two minutes if the names are already in a spreadsheet. On a business send, four of them are filled in for you.
“Engineering”, “Customer Success”, “Night shift”. The card writes “to the whole Engineering team” itself. Blank reads “the whole team”. On business sends it is the recipient’s department.
“September 2026” gets the day tally. “Q3 2026” or “Launch week” is shown as typed. Filled from the send date on business sends.
One name per line, or comma-separated. Two names get one lane; a department gets three. Up to sixty are listed and the rest counted. Blank, and the board is left out.
Up to 400 characters. The period, one true thing, what it cost, thank you. Copyable lines below.
A transparent PNG or SVG and one hex value. The colour becomes the whole poster; the type flips to read on it. The logo is a corner sticker, plated only when it needs to be.
“Rohit Menon”, “Head of Engineering”. Leave the sender blank and the company signs.
Who sends it
Anyone who has to thank more than one person at once and wants every one of them to find their own name.
Two sentences and a list of names, and the whole team sees the whole team. Sent on the last working day, it closes the month properly.
One card that is right for every department. Set it up once as a Monthly Appreciation campaign and every team gets theirs, with their own names on it.
After a launch, an audit, a hard quarter. It reads as a note from the top that knows exactly who did the work, because it names them.
A link that opens on any phone, silent, in a font that reads on a bus. Nobody needs to be in the room, and nobody is left off the board.
The teams nobody notices when things go right. A card with every name on it is the notice.
Restrained enough to send outward: one colour, heavy type, a card, a signature. Thank the twelve people who shipped your work, by name.
For HR and People teams
Create one Monthly Appreciation campaign with this template, pick the day of the month, and MomentoCard for Business sends it to every employee with their department as the team, that month as the month, their department colleagues on the board, your logo and brand colour, and the campaign’s sender in the signature. {{department}}, {{month}} and {{days}} work in the message. Email and WhatsApp, timezone-correct.
What to write
Each one fits the card's 400-character message. The period, one true thing, what it cost, thank you.
This month asked a lot of you, and you gave it. Every ticket closed, every late call, every time one of you covered for another: it was noticed. Thank you.
Another month, another one you made look easy from the outside. I know it was not. Thank you for the work and for the way you did it.
Thirty days, forty-two tickets, one very long Tuesday. Thank you for every one of them. The next month starts Monday; this weekend is yours.
September was the release month, and you carried it: two launches, zero rollbacks, and a lot of late evenings nobody was asked for. Thank you.
It shipped. It shipped on time, it shipped clean, and it shipped because of the twelve of you. Thank you. Enjoy the quiet; you built it.
From everyone at Northwind: thank you to the Engineering team for a month the rest of us did not have to think about. That is what good work looks like from the outside.
Every company runs on a few teams that never make the announcements. This month we wanted to make one about you. Thank you.
Poori team ko dil se dhanyavad. Is mahine aap sab ne jo mehnat ki, woh sabne dekhi. Aane wala mahina thoda halka ho, yahi dua hai.
पूरी टीम को हार्दिक धन्यवाद। इस महीने आपने जो किया, वह किसी एक का काम नहीं था, सबका था। आप सब पर गर्व है।
Fifty more, for the end of a month, a launch, a hard stretch, a support team and a remote team, in the team thank-you messages guide.
When to send it
A team thank-you has a day. The month's last working day, or the day the thing shipped.
| When | What to do |
|---|---|
| ◆ Last working day of the month, 4 pm | Late enough that the month is over, early enough that people read it before they leave. On MomentoCard for Business the day of the month is set once. |
| ◆ The day the thing shipped | Not the retro, not the all-hands. The day itself, once it is confirmed clean. |
| The team channel, not a DM | A team thank-you is a public thing. Drop the link where the team lives so the replies land together. |
| Every month, without fail | The value of a monthly thank-you is that it comes every month. Skip one and the next one reads as damage control. |

Why it works
Every other card on the platform is written to one name. This one is written to a team: it names the team, names the month, and names the people, and it never asks who the card is for because the answer is all of them.
Paste a list, one name per line, and each one runs across the ribbon board. Two names get one lane; a department gets three, moving in opposite directions, looping so nobody is missed. On a business send the list is filled from the recipient's department.
The month name set huge, its number outlined beside it, and a tally mark for every day filling in one by one: thirty for September, twenty-eight for February. The card works out the count itself.
The brand colour is the field, not a stripe. Type flips to white on a dark brand and to ink on a pale one, so a yellow works as well as a navy. Your logo sits as a small sticker in the corner, plated only when it needs to be.
After the board: one big number and 'people. Every one counted.' On the note: 'With thanks to Priya, Rohit, Anjali and 21 others'. The group is never a vague 'everyone'.
No music track, so it plays on a desk in an open office. About 22 seconds, a tap skips to the note. On MomentoCard for Business a Monthly Appreciation campaign sends it on the day you pick, every month, with the team, the month and the names filled in.
About two minutes
Start to shared link.
Go to the Team Thank You template on MomentoCard. It opens in the browser; no account is needed.
Type the team's name and the month, upload a transparent PNG or SVG logo and enter your brand colour. The colour becomes the whole poster.
One name per line into the members slot, a message of up to 400 characters, and the sender's name and designation.
Tap Share and drop the link in the team channel or send it by email. Or set it up once as a Monthly Appreciation campaign and it goes out every month by itself.
Questions
A card addressed to a whole team rather than to one person: from a manager, HR or the company to a department, a project team or a shift. It names the team, the period being thanked (a month, a launch, a quarter), the people on it, and is signed by a person with a designation. The Team Thank You card on MomentoCard is built exactly for that: a four-scene animated poster in your brand colour, free, shared as a link.
